Against backdrop of many safety accidents that, in IMO’s view, had been caused by uncertified service personnel, IMO decided to put IMO /SOLAS Regulation MSC/Circ .1206 to prevent potential marine accidents due to improper inspection or lifesaving services.

To improve our specialty in the marine safety, Service Networks of HLB Co., Ltd. has been merged with BADA Heavy Industries (ex, Dae Ryuck, DRM) as one service subsidiary company HLB Networks Co., Ltd. in 2009, built 85 service networks in 40 countries and trained and certified more than 250 service engineers, providing integrated service engineer training program and certification system to offer total lifesaving services.

For the past 50 years in lifesaving field, we have made our best efforts to both marine safety & customer satisfaction and taking further steps forward continuously.
